Take in the best of Chester during a 60 minute tour of the city. A locally brewed beer on the Roman walls will get you in the mood as your friendly tour guide shows you the best sites. We reveal some of our favourite hidden food and drink gems as you explore the city with us. Learn quirky facts and fascinating stories about Chester’s rich history and food and drink culture.
The main event is Spookton Brewery, after all this is a Brewery Tour experience. You will be taken to the incredible Spookton taprooms where your 60 minute tour will commence and your drink experience begins! Sample two half pints from their craft ale selection (buy a few more if you’re thirsty, we don’t judge). Once sated, you are treated to a memorable lunch at this hidden gem! Spookton Brewery tap room is a vibrant, inviting place to spend time in, quite simply, it’s a tour you won’t forget!

Approximately 3km. The Brewery Food Walking tour is a much shorter distance than the Chester on a Plate daytime tour. Dress as smartly or as casually as you wish and if the racegoers of Chester can stride around the medieval streets in heels for hours on end, then so can you!
